My certificate looks messed up.

If you are viewing the HTML version of your certificate the display of the card with be affected by your browser settings. Typically if you are experiencing "overlapping text," it is because your font size is larger than normal. This is great for surfing, but not good for text meant to be printed at a certain size. Here is how to return your font size to normal in the three most popular browsers:

Internet Explorer

  • Select "View" from your toolbar (push your "alt" key if you don't have a toolbar)
  • Click "Text Size"
  • Click "Medium"

  • Select "View" from your toolbar
  • Click "Text Size"
  • Click "Normal"

Safari

  • Select "View" from your toolbar
  • Click "Text Zoom"
  • Click "100"

How do I get my card?

After you pass the test you will have the option to pay and receive your certificate immediately by printing it from your computer printer. Then just laminate the certificate for durability if you would like to.

You should receive your professional wallet card within 7-10 business days. Please verify that the address you entered during registration is accurate and complete.

If you would like an additional copy of your card emailed to you, Click Here, fill in your email address, and we will send a copy of your card to your email address.

If you would like an additional hard copy of your card mailed to you, Click Here, select the wallet card or wall mount certificate for your course, and you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 business days.

I paid but cannot access my certificate

First, make sure you are logged in. If you have already paid for your certificate, a Print certificate link should be visible on the home page. If you do not see this option, there has been a problem with your payment. Make sure you have received a billing statement email from ProCPR. If you have not received this email and the link does not appear on your home screen, your payment was not properly processed. You may attempt payment again, or call our support number during our work hours to attempt payment over the phone.
