I was glad to have the full text summaries below the videos, from which to make notes and either review or preview the video presentation. The presenter -- who often cites his own experiences on the job or at home -- is personable and real, employing family and friends to act out the patient roles. It's as close as you could get to a live class presenter, since you can watch at midnight or 3 pm, or pause it whenever life intervenes. It's a good teaching system, good value.”
