  • Gently brush off debris using your hand
  • Exercise caution to avoid causing further discomfort

2. Dealing with Thorns

Follow these steps:

  • Carefully remove thorns with tweezers
  • Remove as close to the skin as possible

3. Protecting Against Heat

Consideration: Hot pavements and roads in warm climates.
